“My GE JES1657DMBB microwave got stuck in microwave mode when stopping it. It microwaves, without the still good light bulb on, whenever the door is closed. How do I reset it? Unplugging it for a bit did not reset it.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found a reset suggestion online and it worked. An example was used of going into defrost mode. That was the mode I was exiting when the glitch hapoened. I entered defrost a couple of times and the glitch cleared. Thank you very much for your time.
