A custom panel of wood or other material not exceeding 15 lbs. can be used and must follow these guidelines: width 14-7/8”, height between 29-5/8” to 30-5/8”, and thickness between 5/8” to 3/4”. For more details, see the Installing the Door Panel section starting on page 15 of the Owner’s Manual. The Owner’s Manual can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the Best Buy product page. -- Finished door panels with handles are also available from GE Appliances for attachment to the ice machine. For more information, see the Accessories section on page 27 of the Owner’s Manual.
