  • QuestionWe have a GE Profile microwave PVM9005SJSS. It is 8 months old. The internal cooling fan and the interior light would not turn off. The only way to turn the cooling fan off is by opening the door. The Start/Pause button is no longer working. Help!

  • QuestionIs the GE emblem removable leaving a clean and smooth surface afterwards?

    • Answer I removed a similar looking logo from a different GE microwave and learned that there are 3 holes in this area! GE support was kind enough to send me a replacement badge.

  • QuestionMy display is flashing strange characters nonstop. Does anyone know what the problem is?
