• Hi Bill! Great question! This unit is only meant to be built into surrounding cabinetry. There is not a hanging kit compatible with this unit and thus we would not recommend attempting to install it in this manner. • I do not know if it can be installed as an under cabinet unit. The Trim Kit which I purchased separately came with a template. I did not receive a template with the microwave oven itself.
