A:AnswerHi - Thank you for your interest in a new GE microwave. Your existing built-in kit is not compatible with the current models offered today. The comparable replacement model microwave is the PEB7227DLWW and the 27" - JX7227DLWW or 30" - JX7230DLWW built-in kit designed for this model. To determine which size you need, measure the overall width of the outer trim. We appreciate your loyalty to our brand and wish you all the best! Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHi there! We appreciate your interest in a new microwave. The JES2051DNWW model is actually still being manufactured, and is available to buy online! If you wanted to update to a newer model, the dimensions of the former unit are 23-7/8 W x 13-5/8 H x 19-1/4 D - anything matching those dimensions should be a great fit for you! We hope this helps. -Sarah@GEA
A:AnswerHi - We appreciate your interest in a new GE microwave. The GE PEB7227ANDD model is designed for built-in application. The microwave itself is gray. You would also purchase the appropriate built-in kit in the color finish you desire. The gray color of the microwave is designed to match the control panel and door on our newer model wall ovens. When you pair this microwave with the slate built-in kit, you now have a beautiful match to the wall oven below. The gray and slate colors are two different color finishes. We hope this helps. Thanks for reaching out to us! We appreciate your loyalty to GE Appliances and we'd be happy to help you. We found that model PEB7227DLWW, would be a compatible replacement. The appropriate trim kit for this model is JX7227DLWW or JX7230DLWW (Depending on the size of the cavity). We do not recommend reusing the same trim kit for the replacement. A:AnswerHi KC - Thank you for your interest in a new GE microwave. We are happy to assist you. This style microwave can not be vented to the outside. This microwave is designed to be placed on your countertop or installed in a built-in installation using the appropriate optional kit designed for that purpose. The built-in kit and the proper cutout opening in your cabinet allows the microwave to vent the heat it generates during operation (as well as when sitting idle) back into the room. The microwaves we offer that are designed to be vented outside are our over-the-range style microwaves that operate as a vent hood as well. To see some of the models we offer visit:

A:AnswerHi Bill! Great question! This unit is only meant to be built into surrounding cabinetry. There is not a hanging kit compatible with this unit and thus we would not recommend attempting to install it in this manner. We'd recommend taking a look at this unit's Quick Specs and Installation Instructions for more information about the cutout space. Hope this helps. All the best. -Michael@GEA
