Hi MartyR - Thanks for considering GE Model PES7227ELES! Approximate product dimensions are 14"H x 24 1/8"W x 19 3/4"D. Measurement of the actual unit height includes the embossing at the top of the unit, which is approximately 343.8mm or 13.54 inches. Some slight variance is normal as with all manufactured products. The 14" measurement is rounded up and should not be a factor since the recommended air clearance is 3" at the top (3" both sides and 1" of clearance in the rear). The front edge of the microwave (measured at door) should sit at least 3" or more back on the counter or shelf to avoid accidental tipping. We apologize for any confusion.
