Yes, it does include the feet. The back of the unit is 13-7/16" and the front is 13-3/16" without the feet. The feet are metal and non-removable. Also, we recommend you provide 3" of air clearance on each side and at the top as well as 1" in the rear for proper operation. -Vikki@GEAppliances
