GE's answer does not work; the dishwasher won't register 5 taps in the 5 second window despite what the manual says.

To turn the dishwasher control sounds ON/OFF, press the Dry Boost pad 5 times within 5
seconds. If you continue to have trouble, please schedule service with Bodewell Factory Service by calling 833-426-3393.
