“The sliding tray in the bottom freezer has only 2 wheels on the front of the tray. The rear has none. The tray is very hard to bring forward and push back when it is full of food. Should the tray have 4 wheels, Two in the front and two in the back.”

The tray has 4 wheels. The front wheels are different from the rear wheels.
