We are sorry that your door hinge is sticking. When you open the fresh food or freezer door or drawer on your refrigerator, warm air rushes inside. When you close the door or drawer, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator, which in turn creates a vacuum. The vacuum makes the door hard to open. To fix this issue, try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly along the edges of the entire gasket. Paraffin wax is used for canning and is safe for use around food. We hope this helps, and if you have any additional questions, please reach out. We are happy to help!- Kianna@GEA
