If the freezer drawer is stuck closed and will not open, there is likely moisture that has frozen inside the freezer that is preventing the drawer from opening. To help resolve this issue, please follow the steps in the support article on our GE Appliances website titled: "Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Drawer Frozen Shut." If the issue continues, we recommend you take advantage of your one year warranty by scheduling a service appointment for one of our Bodewell technicians to assess your unit.
