A:AnswerThe Sabbath mode includes the disabling of tones, disabling of oven lights, and delays of about 30 seconds to one minute on display changes. Only continuous baking or timed baking is allowed in the Sabbath mode. Cooking in the Sabbath mode is a two-step process; first the Sabbath mode must be set and then the bake mode must be set.
To set the Sabbath Mode – Press the Settings pad, select Sabbath, and select Turn on. A single bracket “]” will appear in the display indicating that the Sabbath mode is set. The clock will not be displayed. Continuous bake or timed bake can now be programmed.
For additional directions to set a Continuous Bake or Timed Bake, we encourage you to search your model number on our geappliances.com site to view, download or print the Owner’s Manual for your specific model range.
A:AnswerMost range or cooktop models do not require a ventilation system or have a CFM requirement; however, we recommend checking the local residential codes in your area to see if one is required. You can use any 30" vent hood with this unit. Just make sure you review the clearance requirements for the range and hood before installing.
A:AnswerThis range does not have a warming drawer; however, it does offer a Warm cooking mode. Warm mode is designed to keep hot foods at a higher temperature for up to 3 hours. For more details about this feature, please review the section titled: "Warm" on pg. 17 of the Owner's Manual.

A:AnswerHello there - We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the design of the handles on this unit. You can separately purchase these exact handles on the off chance something happens to them making them unusable. There aren't different handles to purchase to replace these specific handles. These are designed for this range model and are the only handles that will work. We apologize for the inconvenience. Take care. Julia@GEAppliances
A:AnswerHi - Thanks for reaching out to us. If your racks are difficult to pull out or remove, we recommend pouring a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth and lightly coat both sides of the each rack. Using other types of cooking oil could cause discoloration on the oven liner. This is normal and is not cause for concern. We are glad you checked with us. Kind regards - Vikki@GEAppliances
