While the oven can be used for cooking a turkey, the size will depend on the turkey itself and available oven space. The upper oven measures 24" W x 9-1/2" H x 19-1/8" D, and the lower oven measures 24" W x 15" H x 20-5/8" D. For best results when cooking a whole turkey, we recommend using Convection Roast or Bake mode in the lower oven. Cook the turkey uncovered in a low-sided pan such as a broiler pan to allow proper airflow and even browning.
