“What is the height at the rear of the refrigerator? I understand the hinges at the front can add an inch (or two) and I want to make sure it can clear the upper hanging cabinets, which give a clearance of about 78 1/4 inches. Will this fit?”

The height to the top of the case in the rear is 68 5/8. It requires 1” of space at the top for air clearance. Since you have a space of 78 1/4 inches for this area, this model will work well.
