It is below the ice tray, so you need to remove the tray to fill the reservoir.

It is under the ice bin.. so you have to remove the bin to fill it up.
And it is very easy to do..

As others have answered, the main reservoir is below the ice bin, but the second option on certain models is via a side tank. Having used both options (we received the side tank about a week after install from my sister-in-law who doesn't use hers due to space reasons), I highly recommend the side tank if you have the space and are willing to pay the premium.

Under the ice bin, take the ice bin out and fill to the bottom of the little drain about half way up.
