“Does the ice stay frozen in the reservoir or does it have to go into the freezer?”

• It will stay frozen for a while but this is not freezer or cooler just an ice maker so eventually it will melt without being put into a freezer.

• It stays cold in there, I usually don't leave it that long in there. I put the ice in a ziplock & put in the freezer. When it melts it goes back into the water reservoir.
