Does this air fryer actually work like an air fryer?? Some reviews indicate it does not work like a true air fryer. null

No it is not like air fryers many of us are use to. I can put the same item in my countertop air fryer and in this GE, same temp and time and it will be cold in GE and piping hot in countertop. Disaappointing to me...wanted to free up countertop and hv this instead. May return it. I think its cooks like a convection type oven. Very slow air fry.

Hello and thanks for your interest in this wonderful microwave. Air Fry uses a heating element that raises the temperature of the air inside.
