It is cheap plastic. GE and US in general are dumping cheap stuff from China into US market. BestBuy is a cheap American company. I bought this product during Thanksgiving break. BB promised to deliver it within 20 days. The delivery was supposed to be on Dec 15th. They canceled the Dec15th delivery and finally delivered on Dec 31st.

I am not happy with BestBuy and their service. They always give you hard time and do not provide proper service, inspite of having aTotaltech membership.

BB should go out of business. Hope and pray tha companies like Amazon and Wayfair give that final blow to this $#it company.
