Hi Janice - We are sorry to hear your microwave is no longer heating and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Check to ensure the door is closed firmly. Close it firmly, but do not slam. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms.
