• Hi Paul - Thank you for your interest in a new GE microwave. Great news. The new model microwave would utilize the same hanging kit as your existing model. There is a slight possibility the screw holes for the brackets may need to be adjusted after 10 years. We hope this helps. - Vikki@GEA
