Hello MicroChef - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. The replacement microwave for your JEM25WV002 would be the PEM31DFWW. The dimensions of your current microwave are: 11-3/16 in high x 23-25/32 in wide x 12-9/32 in deep. The new microwave would be: 12-1/8 in high x 24 in wide x 12-7/8 in deep. The PEM31DFWW uses the JXA019K under counter mounting kit. If this model does not work, then we recommend using the JEM3072SHSS which is 10-1/8 in high x 17-1/4 in wide x 13 in deep, and it also uses the JXA019K under counter mounting kit. Your old model looks like the micro I replaced with a GE PEM31DFWW: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/ge-profile-series-1-1-cu-ft-mid-size-microwave-white-on-white/2557116.p?id=1219074363360&skuId=2557116

Not only was it the a sufficient height to go above the range, it was the only one I found with pre-drilled holes to mount under a cabinet. It's a drag to pay $100 more for 1/3 less cubic footage than other models but that's the best I found. Good luck.
