Hello, thank you for your question. The dimensions of your current microwave are: 11-3/16" x 23-25/32" x 12-9/32" (HxWxD). The dimensions of the PEM31DFBB are: 12-1/8" x 24" x 12-7/8" (HxWxD). The PEM31DFBB does require new installation hardware to be installed, as well as a new trim kit if you are currently using one.
