“Can you access the ice elsewhere besides the door dispenser? Like for putting in a cooler or?”

• Yes. Inside the left door, there is a handle. Pull it down, open, ice is in the bin. It does not make much to fill up the bin. You may consider adding a second ice maker for in the freezer.

• Yes, the bin the ice collects in is located inside the left door. It’s easy to pull out to clean, load a cooler with ice, etc.
