Hello DrRay - Thank you for reaching out about his awesome vent hood. It would be a pleasure to share more about it. Model PVX7300SJSS has the same outer dimensions as your current hood. This means it will fit into your cabinet space nicely. However, the holes needed to vent and mount are slightly different so new holes would need to be drilled in the bottom of your cabinet.
