Hello Felix - We appreciate your interest in this cooktop and will be happy to help. The unit is capable of converting to run on liquid propane and even comes with the LP conversion kit. The power required is 120 volts and we do not recommend modifying the appliance to run on a different power source. Also, please keep in mind that appliances sold in the US are only intended for use in the country and the warranty will be void if used outside the US. Stay safe and keep in touch! - John@GEA
