I am seriously considering buying this stove, but am unsure if it is considered a duel fuel. I like convention but as a baker there are some things that I like to use radiant heat for, especially in baking wet things.

Hello JapanSolo - Thank you for your interest in GE Appliances. We are happy to assist you. This model is not considered Dual Fuel. It is a Gas range. The oven offers True European Convection and you can see this mode in action here: https://www.youtube.com/embed/zxNVX4MyUfg?rel=0. The convection mode is not required. Regular Bake and Broil modes are still available. Please let us know if you have any more questions! - John
