QuestionI bought this dishwasher and to wash the top and bottom racks it seems like the cycle takes 3 hours. I think that is insanely long. Do I have it on a wrong setting?

- Answer You can select the energy mode, it washes the dishes just as good with less time and water usage.

- Answer Hello Lisa, We appreciate you reaching out and are happy to help answer your questions. This dishwasher does have a turbidity sensor, which detects how much soil is on the dishes. - Answer Hi Yuna - Thanks for choosing GE! Selecting either the Upper or Lower Wash Zones will target dishwashing of just one rack. This will shorten the cycle time and conserve energy. This option should be used when dishes are placed in only one rack. If you are just wanting to wash bowls loaded in the top rack, select Upper Wash Zone.
