“Why is geek squad forcing their way into my home for large tv fixes. I gladly brought my TV in for service today and best buy refused to provide any service and said I need to schedule an at home visit. I do not want geek squad in my home.”

Because they will only provide tech support for computers. Anything else you have to pay for a home visit, even if it's under warranty (found that out hours after taking delivery of a brand-new TV only 2 hours previously)
