• Get some earplugs. You will wake up with such soreness.

• Most likely not. The noise canceling works for nouses like a/c, rain, white noise, but not prominent noises like from a tv. It might make a dent in the sound, but will not remove it

• Absolutely! I have trouble sleeping sometimes, and I wear these to listen to YouTube sleep videos. With both on, the noise cancellation is outstanding
