I was sent refurbished and I wanted New. I never buy used electronics. I realized they were used when the power cord was not in the box as it should have been. While the sound was great there was Bluetooth issues. Phone calls had problems. Visually they appeared good condition. Also no insert info included. For that amount of money I’d buy new. They are refurbished because they were broken. I don’t want a maybe fixed item for that price. Mae sure your warranty is as good as new ones. Sorry I didn’t learn about that. Hope I’ve helped a bit

They look and feel just like new.  Mine were missing the standard/medium ear tips with the original packaging.  Once I added memory foam ear tips, I was all set.
