Will they be cleaned and fixed if refurbished? null

In theory, yes, but I just received a certified refurbished pair of earbuds with someone else's earwax all over them and the case was covered in dirt.

In my case the refurbish is clean when I receive.

I bought a refurbished set and they had new ear inserts and looked almost new. Honestly I could not tell it was a refurbished item!

Mine looked brand new, there rent even finger prints and the cords still had the paper seals.
