• If you potentially have a mold issue this unit will help with the use of the UV feature. The UV-C light helps to reduce mold spores, viruses and bacteria. The odor will also be reduced or eliminated by the charcoal filter.

• It helps with odor, however you want to make sure you purchase a size to cover the Square Feet of your room
