Does this machine filter out cigarette smoke null

We're dealing here with an onyx black AIR PURIFIER ... and yet, the answerer wrote the following: "You would want to look into an air purifier to help with smoke." Hello!

This unit may help with the smoke odor but it will not filter out any particulate matter from the smoke as it does not contain a filter. You would want to look into an air purifier to help with smoke.
