I had this worry with my pc when I built it about a month or two ago I have a Ryzen 7 7700X. And I did some research and even with my better cpu having such a good graphic card with a very mid cpu can cause something called bottlenecking which is when your gpu is a lot better than the cpu and your cpu can keep up, I’m not 100% sure how important this is but If you have the money I would get the Ryzen 7 7700X because I can tell you from personal experience that it works very well. Also I’m not a pro builder or anything so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Well bottlenecks aren't really as big as many claim they are unless you are using very different hardware. The 5600x is a very good CPU, plus at 1440p your Graphics card will be in more use than your CPU.
