• This was a new purchase, and I verified that it has all its ROPs via GPU-Z. That was a concern of mine given the news coverage of this defect.

• There is no way to tell unless you check the ROP count with GPU-Z or something similar. As far as I know, this shouldn't be an issue anymore since any card that might have had it should be outside its return window by now.
