If your PSU is a low wattage, that may be the case

I know Im very kate and youve either fixed the issue or have replaced gpu. Make sure its fully installed into the pcie x16 port.

make sure your power supply is capable of supporting it or make sure your cup isnt bottlenecking it

Make sure you have the official drivers and if yiu have another gpu test to see if that gpu is the issue or if it’s other thing in the system
