The only phone that is Daydream ready and will work at launch is the Pixel and Pixel XL.

Answer

FOV is reported to be around 90 degrees. Daydream will only work on Android Nougat 7.1 on supported devices with Snapdragon 821 and up. Pixel and Pixel XL are the only supported devices right now.

The daydream only works with the Google pixel right now but in the future there will be a lot more third party Daydream ready phones

Any device that is supported by the specific Daydream App, most likely all new phones less than 2yrs old running Marshmallow+, will be able to use this. The V10 is a pretty safe bet to say yes it will be supported for this VR Device.
