Can you get the phone pixel 3 unlocked from Best Buy? null

Leo, If you buy it at full price, yes it will be unlocked and ready for any sim card.

In theory you could remove the Sim card before powering on the phone for activation. Even if you do activate on Verizon it becomes unlocked via Google after 24 hours
