You have to payoff your any remaining phone payments before upgrading. Verizon will not allow you to upgrade without paying off the existing phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most likely they will add the phone payment to your current bill. There are some plans though, where they may try to get you to change to a more recent plan offering (unlimited data etc)
