Back everything up on your iCloud and then when you switch phones and connect it everything will be stored.

You have 14 days to return your current phone which will give you enough time to transfer over everything you need. You will need to contact Verizon to send you a label or shipping box to send your old device back in if Best buy doesn't do it for you. Cheers and enjoy an amazing phone!
