Q: QuestionIf I buy a phone from the best buy store where would I go in the future if my device is experiencing problems whether that be physical damage or software issues? Also does the phone come with a charger and headphones?

• A:Answer You can activate onto your existing Sprint account. In my experience, if you order online that means essentially Best Buy giving Sprint a heads up that this phone is going to be added to your account. But you still have to go through the normal activation process with Sprint when you get the phone. If you buy in store, I think they can activate to your account in person right there.
