• It is supposedly water resistant. Meaning, it cannot be submerged. But if you need waterproof, LifeProof and possibly soon to come out Tech21 will have Water proof cases.

• The answer is no, however, there is a video on youtube where someone submerged their phone in water for 30 minutes and it survived without any issues.

• No, neither the Pixel or Pixel XL have (an official) a water resistance rating.
