no, but you can get replacements from google for ~$70 (too much in my opinion), but if you need it you need it. cheaper than a new set.

No.  Buy the Pixel Buds 2a.  It has replaceable battery in the case.  But not in the earbuds themselves. Release price is $129.  The 2a has awesome reviews.
