How do you pass the "we need more info" verification? They only added options for psychical cards and not digital ones. How do i verify this? I cant use it until i verify it null

I Submitted the card order number  address  where the card was purchased and my ID card

Honestly that totally sounds like a scam, and you should definitely reference googles scam page for exactly this. I'm not sure if im allowed to post links but you can easily find it on Google Play's gift card section and in the description of this item.
