“Did GoPro stop supplying a case for the Hero 11?”

• In Response to: The HERO11 Black does include a carrying case. --Answered by GoPro Support 3 months ago About that case, I just purchased GoPro 11 June 14th 2024 and it did not have the case included, though it does advertise as "carrying case included". If you could please let us know how to obtain this case or maybe GoPro should update the actual contents included. Thank you.

• No case with the one I just picked up yesterday. Not too happy about it. Would like to protect my investment and a case is currently listed as an included item on the Best Buy features list.
