• Yes, they have a whole support team ensuring any troubleshoot and GoPro Care backs any damage or faulty ness for a year and you can extend it for another year

• I bought "Spare" parts from GoPro's web site, spare set of propellers,and "Core" the main reason I bought the Drone Package was for the Hero 6 & Gymbal .
