• If you fly your UAS under the Special Rule for Model Aircraft you don't need permission from the FAA or to register your UAS. But you can elect to register your UAS to help in the recovery of lost equipment. The GPX Sky Rider Eagle Pro Drone weighs 5.5 ounces.
