If you think the case was defective in such a way that it caused direct damage to your iPad, just give us a call at (800) 208-5996 between 9am and 6pm Monday through Thursday or between 9am and 5pm on Friday (CST) and we'll see what we can do for you. If the iPad was damaged due to dropping or crushing, your best bet is to contact Apple to have the iPad repaired.
