This version includes 5 free FEDERAL e-files. You can download a single STATE program to prepare your return but there is a fee of ~$20 to e-file (at least for Illinois). Simple enough to use the program to prepare the return, print that out and then mail it in.

For some reason people like to give incorrect info.
If you go to their website they show the included forms. I've used Deluxe for 10+ years with schedule C.
The correct answer is yes it includes schedule C for small business owners.
