• I read in the manual for my new refrigerator (a full-sized different brand than yours) that the compressor might be affected by voltage variations of 10% or more. [My comment: This is something that might happen if the local utility company cuts back power in hot weather when lots of folks run their air conditioners.]

• Have you checked the clearance necessary for air circulation? If you read the literature, it tells you how much space is needed for proper air circulation. This may be why yours is no longer cooling. I have plenty of circulation around mine, so I am NOT experiencing this problem.
